I just downloaded the adobe acrobat pro DC free trial. But the programma does not open, it opens for a few seconds and then it closes automatically. I can't even open a file with it. I already did a deinstallation but the problem stays. Can you maybe help me?

Recently I bought Adobe Acrobat DC and installed it onto my machine. However it is very weird: everytime I open the program, just in a few seconds a Windows System Message will show up "Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working".
I tried uninstall and install all the PDF programs on my PC several times (including your Acrobat & Reader DC as well as other PDF viewers such as Foxit Reader), but the problem still exists.
I have also tried the "repair install" under both "Help" menu as well as in the control panel, but didn't work out as well.
Could I get an answer? Just don't want to waste my subscription fee every month.
My PC is running Windows 7 Service Pack 1. It is 64 bit.
I have been trying to get help on how to install Adobe Pro DC on my android device and it looks like they adobe support is not trained to support on this installation. Can anybody help on how to get it done???? Thank you.

Last week I updated my subscription from DC Reader to DC Pro so that I could edit pdf's but I am still unable to do that. When I hit "edit PDF" it just takes me back to my options to upgrade to DC Pro (which I already did). I've tried signing in/out and rebooting my computer but no luck.
Any advice or help would be appreciated!

I have the serial number, but am cautious about re-entering it. My email address and organization have changed. If I enter the updated info, what will happen to the version that is legally on my desktop Mac? I'm afraid Adobe will see this as a new installation, and cause multiple problems.

i have an old Mac 20 inch, and i buy it at beginning of 2008.
I remember after that i immediately buy Adobe Acrobat Pro 8 (8.3.1.)
I remember that i downloaded it by Adobe Website.
Now i would use this old version in my new mac, (2014) but i can not register the serial number in the web site to do another installation (in the new mac) cause the Adobe web site respond me that the serial number (20 digit) doesn't exist

I have acrobat 11 pro on an XP computer because of AutoCad. I bought a new computer and have a virtual machine installed. Acrobat 11 Pro asks for sign in to
"Free Trial."
The Acrobat DC desktop version does not scale correctly between screens of different resolutions.
i.e. similar to Outlook and excel
In my case it is way too large - I have to make very small prior to dragging to other display.

I continue to get this error when trying to update... and I have uninstalled and installed as instructed and it did NOT fix the problem. It if very annoying. If you are not going to fix the issue, please tell me specifically how to turn off or uninstall the automatic updates. This is ridiculous. And then I have join a forum and make a post to get help with a program I paid for? Again... ridiculous.

Getting 'Reliable source serving corrupt data' while trying to download Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Please help how to resolve?
I have Acrobat DC under a university license. It runs in windows 10. The laptop has a 4k screen. A large external monitor is standard HD. Acrobat is completely unusable across the monitors. Out of the box, the menus and pointers are several times too large on the external screen. If I adjust the settings manually to make it sort of usable on the external monitor, the scaling on the laptop screen becomes too small to see. I see from other posts on this forum that this has been a recognized problem in Acrobat for more than a year. It is shocking that it has been neglected for so long. Other software - all the MS Office programs, for example - have solved this problem. Fix this!
