then it's a very bad one!
A couple of months back I installed a trial of Adobe Acrobat DC. I used it for about 10 days to transform some ms office docs into pdf files. After the trial expired whenever I touched an online PDF file the thing popped up informing me that my trial expired and pushing me to buy the thing. Annoying.
Today I paid 23 usd to buy the thing for a month because I will need more PDF files. During the purchase process I entered all required info up to country. Then I entered denmark and then guess what? The page refreshed and I had to enter the data again. Not a big deal but decidedly lazy webpage design. Not to mention utterly moronic. Then it switched the language to danish. Erm... How about you don't assume what language people prefer? I only live in denmark, I am not danish. I speak the language but I do prefer english as a matter of fact. I notice the little icon at the bottom of the page, called "sprog" (language) and I click on it. Guess what that little button did do? You're right, it did not give me the choice of switching to english. Yeeey! More intelligent webdesign choices.
After the purchase, I get two mails from Adobe, but neither of them contained a licence key. Btw, the mails are naturally in danish. So I click on "let's get going" (or whatever it's called) from within one of the mails and a new browser tab opens. Again in danish. Informing me that I have to install the program. Erm, I already have the program installed. But I download the file (here I got the option of actually switching to an english version of the program) and when I begin installing it, guess what:

You already have a more functional version of Acrobat installed on your machine. Please uninstall this existing version of Acrobat and try again.
So here I am thinking that I just paid 23 usd for a downgrade and for about 30 minutes wasted on a product I don't intend to use more than a couple of times.
Way to go management! Congrats another unhappy customer!
Maybe management should manage less and listen to devs more or maybe, just maybe, let the devs do their work instead of chasing them through managerial hoops!
*applause* (Yes, my post is dripping with sarcasm!)
