Adobe Acrobat Pro Student & Teacher 2017 (Windows), Download Version won't launch.
I purchased this software this morning and it won't launch when I click on Setup. I'm on my Surface Pro with Windows 10. If this doesn't work, how do I get a refund, since it was a download purchase from Office Depot?

Error when adding PDF printer manually

My PDF printer is missing from list of devices in controlpanel. I try to add manually as described in forum, but getting errors.
Choose the number 6, this driver is not digital sign, clicks next, and this appears;
It says: no pringer driver installed, operation can not proceed, fault ....

Yesterday I asked the question and got the following answer:

Unfortunately, nothing was fixed!
The above error still exists. This error occurs only on my Acrobat Pro 2015 and 2017 versions purchased.
The free reader works every web link.
Please help me to solve my problem.

Install Adobe Acrobat Pro
I do not want Acrobat DC. I have a new computer and want to re-download Adobe Acrobat Pro. I purchased a license in Jan. 2011. Would be highly disappointing if I were not able to use a license I've already purchased.

Acrobat X Pro turned off and can't be open
I have this problem since I bought Creative Suite 6.
After installation Acrobat works fine for few weeks, sometimes few months. And then boom, it's not possible to open program (it's visible for 3-4 secs in task manager and automatic it's turned off) . No information about crash. Nothing.
After reinstallation, Acrobat works fine for rew weeks or months... and problem is back. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Can you help with installing Adobe XI. I have recently changed to a laptop and previously had a desktop with Abode XI installed. After four attempts at trying to download I have given up. I am getting the same error - Error 1935 .... HRESULT: 0x80070BC9. My laptop and desktop both have Windows 7 operating system.
Would be grateful for your help.

adobe reader installation problem
when I am installing adobe reader in windows 10 then after some time its throwing a error flash player out of date, after updating the latest version of flash player also its showing same error about this I have enquired in Windows 10 Help and Support they are telling install the correct exe file but I am doing the same so tell me how to install and which version to install on windows 10.

Adobe Acrobat X Pro cannot be set as default program to open .pdf files. How can I do it, please?
Hi.
Adobe Acrobat X Pro cannot be set as default program on my computer to open .pdf files.
I am using Windows 10, 64-bit. I could change the default for .pdfxml, but not for .pdf, using the Set Associations dialog in Control Panel. Please note the default for .pdfxml, which I could change from Adobe Reader, had to be changed to Adobe Acrobat DC, not Acrobat X Pro. I do not own the DC version. The online Adobe tech wouldn't even talk to me about X Pro since she said it's no longer supported.
I know how to set associations, but this eludes me. Acrobat X Pro works fine. How can I overcome this, please?

I have already installed DC Pro and subscribed, logged in and still cannot edit a PDF
Ever time I open the PDF I want to edit it states that I have to Download the correct version of ADOBE.....well I don't know what is up with software because I am fairly IT savy and still cannot edit a PDF. There Chat support is USELESS. ALL i needed was my adobe serial number and though I fully paid for it, they refused to provide so I could download the correct version. I have now been on the phone on hold for 54 minutes and counting and have not been helped. Seems like they will take your money and THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE SUPPORT THEY CLAIM TO WHEN YOU PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. I know have been unable to meet deadlines on a project that could cost me my job. Thanks ADOBE@

How to uninstall Acrobat Pro X in Windows 10 due to incompatibility
Greetings,
I have a new computer running Windows 10 and installed my Acrobat Pro X before I discovered it was not compatible with Windows 10. I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017, but before I begin the installation process, I have a few questions:
1) Should I uninstall the Pro X?
2) What is the best way to uninstall the Pro X program?
3) If I uninstall Pro X before installing the Pro 2017, will I still be able to edit all my PDF files saved with Pro X?

I am a paying subscriper and want to talk to a human! Is that even possible?!
I have been taken around in circles for over 20 minutes trying to figure out how the hell to get in touch with a live person via text or phone! What a joke! As a paid subscriber I would expect to be able to talk directly with customer service.
