Revert back to Adobe Pro XI - Asking for license???
I am a CC member and have been one since 2012. First Adobe killed off Fireworks which I loved. Then they killed Adobe Pro and replaced it with what we have now. No offense. It may work for some. And, honestly I've tried to give Adobe DC a chance. However, I'm giving up on it. It's just not working for me. I just want all the functionality that I had with Adobe XI. It makes me sad to think about the product that was, while I'm stuck paying for the product that is.
Steps I've taken so far:
I've followed the instructions to download the older versions.
I've uninstalled the DC Version.
I've downloaded the Adobe Pro XI Version.
Now it's asking me for a license.
How do I activate Adobe Pro XI. Does CC have a license that I can use?
Sorry. But its time. It's either get the older version activated, or move on.

how do I install Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017, bought in-store
I bought in-store ADOBE ACROBAT STANDARD 2017. I am so disappointed they've stopped including disk with purchase. I have Serial#. Now I'm totally lost on how to install the thing. Someone told me "DC" stands for cloud (the black logo icon is DC? The white/red logo icon is Standard version?) and monthly membership tied to it I think . . . I do NOT want cloud, don't understand it, don't want it. I downloaded 'Adobe Acrobat' install from somewhere and it proceeded to uninstall something, I cancelled it. Why is this so difficult to download ADOBE ACROBAT STANDARD 2017 on my new W10 computer!? Frustrated to the hilt. Can someone help me?

Problems installing Adobe DC Standard after the trial of Adobe Acrobat DC Pro ended
Hello,
We are facing a problem with Adobe Acrobat DC Standard. In the past we used a trial Version of DC Pro. After the trial expired, we purchased Adobe DC standard.
We uninstalled completely the pro version and we used the invite to install the standard version.
When the installation is finished, it opens Adobe Acrobat Pro DC instead and asks to provide a serial number in order to activate the software.
Any ideas?

Acrobat Scaling between multiple screens on Windows 10
The Acrobat DC desktop version does not scale correctly between screens of different resolutions.
i.e. similar to Outlook and excel
In my case it is way too large - I have to make very small prior to dragging to other display.

Activation issue
I can not activate my license Acrobat Professional DC2015 12.0 MLP AOO License RU (65258631) (TLP 5.0 LICENSE PROGRAM - CORPORATE).
I'm download distributive from Adobe Licensing Web Site (LWS). After the installation, I performed an offline activation, but the program requested logon with the adobe account. After login, the program asks to enter the serial number or activate the trial. After entering the serial number without any errors, again asks to logon under the adobe account and so on again.

Error message 1310
I've installed 3 times and once it gets to 100% I get a message that the installed did not happen and ask me something about have authority: Error encountered Error 1310. Error writing to file:C:/Program Files (x86)/Adobe/Acrobat/Xtras/AdobePDF/AMD64/ADUIGP.dll. Verify that you have access to that directory. The only difference is / lending the other way.

Is there a fix for conflicts in Outlook caused by Acrobat DC?
Extreme delays in Outlook when replying to or attaching files to emails. Delays ranged from 20 seconds to over 8 minutes before reply window would open. By uninstalling every Creative Cloud application one at a time, the culprit ended up being Acrobat DC, which is somehow connected to Outlook. Once uninstalled, Outlook worked perfectly. (After 4 tech support "experts" and 7 weeks of IT support calls.)
Other people in my work group who also use Creative Cloud do not experience this issue. My "guy" says it might be my laptop chipset which is creating a conflict for an Adobe update.
Can anyone shed some light on this?

Acrobat DC spinning wheel after opening on OSX
Hi,
on a Mac with 10.11.6, since a while we have issues when opening Acrobat DC (latest version).
After starting up, the spinning rainbow wheels comes up about 15 seconds after launching and then only a force quit is the way to stop the application.
Removed already the app by deleting the app.
Removed caches and preferences
Removed app using Acrobat Reader removal tool
Update Mac to 10.12.x
Tried with another Admin user on the same Mac, it seems to work fine there.
What can cause the issue on this Mac?

Trying to obtain the "Free" one-time upgrade of the LiveCycle Designer app. The scenario says to contact the Adobe Support Team. How? I get the "runaround" and find no way to access the download. Please help. Just point me to the "download".

Acrobat DC SO HORRIBLE it's making me want to cry.
I can't find anywhere to file a complaint or submit feedback, so here it is.
Acrobat DC is horrible. I feel like it wasn't made for professionals at all and makes it much more difficult to navigate a simple document. My custom toolbar at the top? Gone. Replaced by ridiculous pre-school style buttons on the right. Want to re-organize page order? It opens up an entirely separate window for that, totally unnecessarily.
Thanks for giving me a day of trying to figure out how I can delete this worthless pile of kindergarten garbage and somehow get back to just Acrobat XI while still using my cloud sub.

I have a Platinum MacBook Pro running Mac OSX 10.6.8 (can't upgrade that OSX any further on this box, I'm told), so I need to buy Acrobat 9 (English), but I can't find anywhere on Adobe's site where I can actually purchase it. How to? (Thanks!)

Updating Acrobat X to CC
I purchased the Adobe software suite some while ago, i.e. it's CS5.5, so before Abode software only became available as a 'Creative Cloud' (CC) purchase. I have now had to purchase the CC of InDesign mainly because the e-pub output from my older version of InDesign was rudimentary and the CC version now allows me to export to both a reflowable and a fixed layout.
However, I am now being asked whether I want to upgrade my Abobe Acrobat X (I have version 10.1.16) to the CC version of Acrobat. I am reluctant to do that as: (a) presumably it costs another £20/month and my funds are limited, (b) I want to know if doing that will stop me from using Abobe Acrobat X v.10.1.16, which works perfectly fine (I need to edit PDF files, e.g. adding watermarks, etc.)?

error when downloading conflict with Excel, excel not on
I have tried to install Acrobat Pro DC 3 times and each time at around 42% I get and error that say there is a conflict with Excel.
Although I have Office 365 on the computer none of the office products are operating.
I removed all of the shortcuts from the tool bar/ task bar and from the desktop.
Any suggestions? the help page was not helpful
