I am trying to install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC but it keeps installing Adobe Reader Touch

I'm trying to install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on Windows 10 (using the first link on this site: PDF reader, PDF viewer | Adobe Acrobat Reader DC ) but whenever I start the download it sends me to the Microsoft store and prompts me to pay $1.29 to get Adobe Reader Touch. So I paid $1.29 and found out that Adobe Reader Touch seems to be a minimal version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. I can't edit fields in PDF files like I used to be able to do. Previously I had a version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, I'm not sure which version, but I had to reinstall it because it was somehow corrupted when I installed an HEIC to JPEG file converter. I have since uninstalled that program and tried to reinstall Acrobat Reader but as I indicate it switches me to a different version, "Adobe Reader Touch", that seems to contain fewer features.

 

It's only $1.29 so I won't complain about that. I just want some version of Reader on Windows 10 that lets me edit like I used to edit. The new Touch Version lets me add notes but these notes appear only as a small yellow sticker and I have to click on them to read the note so that's not acceptable.

 

I'm doing this for a friend so it's not my computer, but I can take remote control of their computer to try to fix this if someone can help me. Thanks.

I have  license for Adobe Acrobat X Pro and I can't activate the software.

 

I want a PHONE NUMBER of a PERSON I can TALK TO to resolve this issue IMMEDIATELY.

 

 

I get a message that the serial number is not valid for this product while attempting to activate.

 

 

I want a phone number for someone to contact to resolve this issue.

Acrobat.com 2.1.0.0 discovered in our add remove list.. what kind of entry it is?

we discovered some entries in installed add remove list with below product name and version.

Acrobat.com - 2.1.0.0

Acrobat.com - 1.1.377

Just wanted to know what kind of product it is? Are those discovered versions belongs to any app or services?

Installation Problem: IMSLIB not found. Acrobat Services will not work.

Hi,

 

Just installed Acrobat Pro DC through Creative Cloud.

 

Upon opening for the first time, I get the pop up "Installation Problem: IMSLIB not found.  Acrobat Services will not work."

 

I've tried uninstalling, running the Acrobat cleanup tool, restarting and re-installing through CC, and still get the same error.

 

Any ideas?

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC closes immediately after opening under user profile.

I can install and open Acrobat Pro DC as a domain administrator, but as soon as I log in as a user it closes immediately after opening.  I've tried uninstalling with the cleanup tool and reinstalling, activating/deactivating it, repair install, making the user a temporary administrator, opening it under the local admin account, updated it, ran repair installation, installed all available windows updates/runtimes, Acrobat Pro DC refuses to stay open however under the user's profile.

I've tried to install and download Adobe Pro about 20 times and keep getting this same error message.

 

Anyone know how I can fix this?

Created a new Adobe account and downloaded Acrobat Pro DC with the purpose of trial.

When I installed it I were surprised since it said that the trial period was over!

 

How could it be over when I just created a account and downloaded it?

Adobe Acrobat keeps installing in Polish

I installed Adobe Acrobat 11 for a user in my organization and it installed successfully. When I go to open the application it prompts me to accept the terms and agreements, but it's in Polish. I change the language and it still shows in Polish. I've uninstalled Acrobat and disabled the Polish language from the install set up and it still shows in Polish. How can I resolve this issue?

I have a expired license popup in Acrobat 9 Pro. I've reinstalled the product..it worked for a few days, but the problem of expired license comes back.

 

The adobe account product where the product has been registered no longer exists, so when I try to register the product appears a message that the product can only be activated once. Therefore, I have no way to show product information. I have the serial and original product box and the Windows is 10 1803.

 

How can I solve this problem? Adobe Brazil does not have a phone number and chat is unavailable.

Estou com problemas de senha expirada no Acrobat 9 Pro. Reinstalei o produto, que funcionou durante alguns dias, mas o problema de senha expirada voltou.

 

A conta do produto não existe mais, logo, ao tentar registrar o produto é exibida mensagem que o produto só pode ser ativado uma vez. Portanto, não tenho como visualizar informações do produto. Tenho o serial e caixa originais do produto e o Windows que o mesmo está instalado é o 10 1803.

 

Como posso resolver este problema? A página da Adobe BR não oferece número de telefone e o chat está indisponível.

Hi there,

 

We require a converter from .pdf to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.  We are a small non-profit organization using PC towers currently, but would like a program that could grow with us so we can use another platform (e.g. mobile device) in the not-too-distant future.

 

What would be the best Adobe product to purchase for this application?

Send and Track Outlook issues

The Send and Track add-in will not load with Outlook, I enable it, and I have told Outlook to always run it, but it still remains disabled. When I manually enable the add-in it appears to start but when I try to use it I get the message that says "Adobe ID not Found. Please Sign in and try again." Acrobat is opened, and I am signed in and it still doesn't work.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this to work?
