Anyone know whether I can also download acrobat which I have on my desktop to my laptop for when I travel.
Or do I have to buy a second copy? If I can copy it, how do I do it?

download of acrobat XI pro will not open?
I just got a new computer for my parents and I downloaded adobe so that they can read files from e-mails. Now, once I click on the file it still sends me to the Adobe home page to download it. Then it tells me that I have already downloaded it (which I have.) I don't know why it won't open the file instead of sending me back to the Adobe page every time?

Acrobat XI Pro 11.0.4.63 (running on W7 Pro + SP1, 64-bit) has suddenly begun to crash when moving text fields in forms. I am now unable to add or edit any text in text fields of any PDF form. No updates, installations or system changes were made prior to, or at the onset of, this issue
I have attempted: Disable antivirus; use safe mode; repair install; remove faulting plugin from reference path and repair install; uninstall + CClean registry + full reinstall; and full reinstall without any updates. Acrobat software is unusable in its current state. I would appreciate some help!

I bought a copy of Adobe Acrobat 7.1.0 in 2001, and it's been working fine, but now I'm told I need to download a new copy. However, when I get to enter the Serial Number (of the original copy), it says it's invalid. How do I get a new Serial number?
Unfortunately, my PDF file corrupted due to virus attack. and i lost all data from PDF file. please suggest me recover my all data from PDF file.

We want to try Acrobat XI Standard before we buy, but the Free Trial is for the Pro. If we make files using Pro during the trial, will we be able to use them with the Standard Version when we buy it?

A fellow employee requires Adobe Acrobat Pro to be installed for their use, and my management would like me to have this sorted out. The employee uses a thin client to connect to a terminal server for all of their administration work.
I only require a single license for Adobe Acrobat Pro to be used with a single user.

We are working with a vendor who is sending us PDFs created as 1.4 (Acrobat 5). We are opening them in Acrobat 7 and 8 and getting the subject message. The PDF producer is blank in the PDFs so I can't tell you which tool is being used. I am trying to find out. I wanted to be armed with as much knowledge about the known causes for this message.

Acrobat XI installation problem seems to prevent the app from opening. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. There was a working previous version that I have since uninstalled assuming that there was a conflict. Now I have no working copy of Acrobat. On a Mac running 10.8.5.
