I purchased Adobe Standard 8 in 2007, paid full price from the company for an electronic download. Now that I have a new computer they say they have no downloads for it. It seems to me if they sell electronic products, they should have an archive where you can retrieve it when you need too. Does anyone know where I can download Adobe Acrobat Standard 8. I have an order number, and product key, and no product. Its very frustrating and very wrong.

Acrobat 8 standard on windows 8.1
I deactivated and removed it from an XP computer and reinstalled it on an 8.1 computer. Every thing went well except I need adobepdf.dll for vista. I tried to register the installation to get the updates but I cannot get registration to work. It keeps telling me that there was a problem connecting to the internet and I have a good connection. Any ideas? I know that Acrobat 8 is old but it meets my needs.

This is on Windows7 64-bit PCs running Acrobat Pro XI 11.0.0, 11.0.3, 11.0.4, or 11.0.6, we have 7 machines in this state. Have uninstalled, have used Acrobat uninstall tool in safe moved to remove old app. 11.0.0 will reinstall but 11.0.7 update will not. Gets well into the patching section, then stops and rolls back, error 1603.

Acrobat Pro - Update Failing 1328
We use ADOBE ACROBAT PRO 10.x.x in our corporate environment, and I have two other personal copies in my home environment. All workstations FAILED to apply the 10.1.10 update and returned a 1328 Error. Since the other threads discuss a similar issue for ACROBAT READER, not ACROBAT, I'm creating a new thread.
Short of completely removing Acrobat Pro and reinstalling the software from scratch, is there any other solution?
Also, can the Adobe development community PLEASE TEST YOUR UPDATES!!!

Good day. I need some help... I just installed a new computer and I had to download Acrobat to my system. I have a paid subscription that I have not been able to use for a month because I keep getting the above error message. I have also placed below the "problem signature." I have uninstalled the program, rebooted my system, re installed the program as a "trial" and still can't get any where. My level of frustration is climbing... Is there anyone who has the answer? I've looked in the forums and have not found anything even close to my problem. Thank you for your time, in advanced, any one who helps me out.. Thanks...

Purchased subscription but can't access features
Hello,
I purchased a monthly subscription to Acrobat Pro. I paid.
Then, I downloaded the product. However, it opened and said "start your free trial."
So it appears I am only in a free trial mode.
I can't access many Pro features, such as "Tools" and "Preflight."
This is annoying. Please help.

AcrPro9 isn't recognizing my CS4 Master Collection SN, which is what it came with.
Acrobat Pro v9 isn't recognizing my CS4 Master Collection SN when I reinstall, which is what it came with; I got the num off my Adobe.com account. Why won't it accept the number? I registered the suite online and I got the num from that site.
Help!
Thanks!
Eric
All I want to know is where do I go to get a copy of my monthly invoice? I don't see anywhere on the site where that is mentioned and I don't get one emailed to me.
When I log into Acrobat there doesn't seem to be a place to go to get this information. And since Adobe doesn't email an invoice to me monthly then I have to search it out.
