I was using Adobe Acrobat 8 in Windows 7 with no issues. Now that I have upgraded to Windows 10 it keeps asking me to register and then can't make the proper inter net connection. If I select Never Register it works until restarted then it wants to register again.

I have Adobe CS 5 fully paid up and not working.
Went through all the usual ... restart both the application (Acrobat Pro X) and the computer ... every tool application - add page from file, recognise text ...led to
Adobe Acrobat not responding when the coloured wheel of death appeared!
OK so far.
Uninstall the application from the CD - Done
Reinstall from the CD --- !!! Calls for serial number ... good idea ... insert serial no .... OOOUCH ... Message : This serial number is not valid for this product.
I have the confirming email!!!

I bought a new harddisk and I want to transfer (save and restore) my customized toolbar in Acrobat XI pro. I looked in C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Adobe\Acrobat\11.0\Preferences but I don't find anything.

why can't I validate after upgrade even tough computer is connected to internet?
Acrobat Xi upgrade was performed. When I tried to access Acrobat a serial number validation screen came up with a validate button. When validate button was clicked on I received a please connect to the internet and retry. I am connected to the internet. Does anyone have a solution?

Invalid serial number
I have purchased an Adobe Acrobat Pro XI license. I downloaded the software form the Adobe website and have installed it; however, I am getting a Invalid Serial Number error.
The serial number I have is straight off of the LWS (licensing website). It's a copy/paste with no extra spaces or other characters.
The only thing I can think of is that this was an installation that is replacing an old one. Same computer but a crashed hard drive so I have no option of deactivating the old software, if that's even a thing.
Just a heads up, this is not a subscription based software/license. This is a stand-alone piece that rarely connects to the internet.

Problem downloading Acrobat Pro X1
I purchased Acrobat Pro X1 teacher and student edition (purchased in 2014) and loaded onto my MAC. I downloaded the the product to my to new DELL laptop - that worked OK. But when I run the set up and enter the serial number I receive a message saying the serial number is invalid. I took the serial number from my products listed on my Adobe account. Can anyone assist? I can't see anyway to contact Adobe direct even by email. Thanks

trial expired and cant use subscription
I have a subscription to DCpro and have been paying for it for 9 months, havent had to use it till now and I cant edit a pdf. The program says that the trial has expired and I have tryed everything I can think of to register this program ( which was purchased from their site) to no avail. I cant believe I have been paying for something I cant use.

Acrobat XI Pro stopped working in Windows 10. How to fix?
Acrobat XI Pro was working until I installed Windows 10. Dell XPS 2720, Intel i7-4770S. Acrobat will not start from acrobat.exe, nor by selecting to open a .pdf file. I've tried full removal using Acrobat Cleaner and re-install, compatibility troubleshooter. Any suggestions?
XPS came with Windows 8 Pro, up to 8.1, then to 10. Acrobat failed in 10.

COMPLETELY Uninstall Reader DC
Hello,
I desperately want to get rid of DC, but even when I use programs such as "AppCleaner" I cannot get rid of Adobe DC within Safari. When I open a pdf in safari, it should default to Preview (so much faster than DC). Even though I tried my best to get rid of DC, I get the message below (see screenshot).
I just want to be able to use Preview in safari again.
I have had he same problem with an earlier edition of Reader, and I fixed the problem by going to Library-Internet Plugins and deleting the Adobe plugins. This time, however, they are not there and I can't delete them for DC.
I'm pretty dissatisfied with how cluttered and disorganized Adobe has made the uninstall process for Reader.

Invalid Serial Number for Adobe Acrobat XI Pro?
Had to reformat Hard Drive with Windows 7 Pro. Tried to reinstall Adobe Acrobat XI Pro by going to my account and obtaining serial number. Then downloaded AcrobatPro_11_Web_WWMUI.exe to install.
When prompted to enter serial number, I entered serial number from my account history. Message indicated that the serial number was invalid. "This is not a valid serial number. Tried entering serial number (24 numeric) with both hyphens and no hyphens. No go!
Downloaded Adobe Acrobat Cleaner from previous suggestion and ran that, rebooted and still - error message received regarding invalid serial number.
What additional steps, if any, can be done to reinstall XI Pro?

Has anyone had issues with their Macs running slow when turning on after the latest updates?
After the latest update, my iMac would run extremely slow after turning it on again. it would take over an hour before I can use the program or any other app for that matter. It didn't start happening until the day after I updated the latest for photoshop, bridge and lightroom.

How can I stop the License Activation window from continually popping up in Acrobat Pro DC?
The locally installed program ran fine for several months (Windows 7). The problem started today for no apparent reason. Shortly after opening the program, the license activation window pops up. I click on Accept. The file that I am try to work on closes and the cycle repeats, Uninstalling and reinstalling the program had no effect. What do I do to fix this?

Who knows what to do?: Still missing the Adobe Acrobat DC (v12) tab in Microsoft Outlook 2016 and Windows 7 with the Acrobat PDFmaker Office Com Add-in enabled and the register key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Word\Addins\PDFMaker.OfficeAddin on decimal 3 after removing and reinstalling the the Acrobat PDFmaker Office Com Add-in as administrator.
