Installation Error - Acrobat DC Pro - New Purchase - Fix or Standalone Installer request

I have just purchased Adobe Acrobat Standard DC Commercial Edition and the install fails via Creative cloud as per the error below;
Exit Code: 7
Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example, ERROR: DW003, DW071 ...

So far I have removed all adobe products , also removed other installs not listed on uninstaller via Microsoft removal tool , used the Adobe Acro cleaner tool ,cleared the temp folder cleared any remaining adobe files and then tried again running as administrator, as a last resort I grabbed two offline installers but these don't seem to recognize my serial number or just dont work being a CC product to proceed any further. Can someone confirm an easy fix that I am missing or advise of a location of an offline installer that will work.

This accepts the serial number but the second I click next I get "Setup Interrupted" click finish to exit wizard.
I did try the support chat but have been in the q for the last 90 minutes and only moved from 13th to 8th ..no wait 7th ... and have to finish work now.

I thought I had Acrobat 8.1 pro working under Windows 10 but I have more and more problems especially in printing, where Microsoft print to .pdf does the job. None of the .msp updates for 8.1 seems to open, so I can't update. Your software is hugely expensive; I can't buy a new one. Can you not provide some kind of update to keep it working.

Acrobat DC Pro Trial Version Freezes on Install
Running Windows 7. PC meets the minimum requirements, and I have other Adobe products installed on it. The installation file freezes at 39% and says 2-4 minutes left. I cannot resize that window, and there is nothing else I can do. I have to shut it down from the Task Manager.

What is the difference by doing it via
a) System Settings / Programs / Creative Cloud or the
b) "Creative Cloud Unistaller.exe" (Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application) ?
fyi: AcrobatDC 2017 is provided by our University Computer Center,
I can install and run it without any Adobe-ID and
I don't need any of the Creative Cloud features (Use the Creative Cloud desktop app to manage your apps and services)

Trial expired immediately after download - never had a trial before. Chat agent couldn't help
I have never downloaded a trial before,not on this computer or anywhere. I downloaded a trial of Acrobat DC (7 day). After the long download it launched and said it had expired! The account appeared to be signed in already with the name 'Helen' !? I eventually figured out how to sign out and signed in as myself - I had made my account (Howard) that day just before installing the trial. It signed me in, and still it said expired, 00 days left, click to buy. I had an online chat with Adobe and they have no clue and their answer was to refer me here!! Please help. Configuration error 213:11 with Adobe Acrobat DC
I have an end user with a 32-bit Windows 7 system that is getting the following error when opening Adobe Acrobat DC on his computer.:
The user has no other Adobe products installed beyond the standard Reader/Flash/Shockwave/AIR applications. It's a Classic install, not Continuous. Repairing the install and uninstalling/reinstalling Acrobat DC did not resolve the issue. The user does have admin rights to his machine. I tried removing read-only from C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore.
Based on searches on Google and the Adobe forums here, this is a common error message, but I could not find anyone running into the problem with Adobe Acrobat DC. Thank you all for any assistance you can provide here.
can't obtain code for student/teacher adobe purchase instore. submitted 2x proof of homeschooling but case in close with no reason or code???
I have tried everything including 2 online help chats that still have not helped at all I was finally given a code that doesn't work.
so now this was suppose to be a simple process... I purchased instore the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (student/teacher) completed the online form with proof we home school (2 time now) but every time the case is close with no code???? I have tried calling but I am transferred from depart to depart that tells me to go back to the store I bought it from but with the student/teacher version you apply for a code you don't just get one. I tried online help chat first one lasted 1 1/2hrs finally got a code that doesn't work "invalid code". tried the online chat again but after 45minutes it thanked me for my time and ended chat. Please can anyone help
