I own an Acrobat Pro DC perpetual license for Mac OS that I can't use on none of my computers because a perpetual conflict with my Creative Cloud subscription. Adobe have the worse customer support in the industry, and they have not qualify tech support for the Spanish community. Nor they have an honest refund policy.
I will like to recover my money since I can't use my Acrobat Pro DC Perpetual License, but there is not way. Adobe have close all the effective communication channels with people. They don't lessen, they don't help. And hatred is raising from frustration.
They suggest to Access the cloud with another ID, not only is ridiculous (I will not be able to access my own document in the "Adobe Creative" Cloud), is not working neither; Adobe Manager say the "other ID", don´t have a Creative Cloud subscription, you can't use the Document Cloud nor Acrobat Pro DC.
Demencial! Is this a BIG BUG? or what? I will understand, but stop playing with people intelligence. Be honest and don´t keep money that you haven't earn.
And also, don't contract unqualified personal for tech support.
And more important, if you lost contact with real, honest, loyal customers… you can fall. It is matter of time, hopefully short.
